Berry Banana Breakfast Smoothie
Blend together:
- Handful mixed frozen berries (I like strawberries/raspberries/blueberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 T nut butter (I like peanut butter)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
- Milk (I like almond or oat milk) – I pour enough to almost cover the other ingredients. You can adjust based on your desired thickness.
Triple Chocolate Protein Balls w/ Maca
In a bowl, mix together:
- 1 1/4 c rolled oats
- 1/4 c nut butter (I use peanut butter)
- 1/4 c chocolate chips
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T cacao powder
- 1 T maca powder
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2 T milk (I like oat or almond)
Once combined, use clean hands to roll the mixture into small balls. Recipe makes about 10. Lay balls in a single layer on a plate and refrigerate.
